| Do you ever sit and wonder what to get your dad for a gift? My dad's birthday is coming up and I would absolutely love to get him something I know he'd use. I was thinking about his interests, and knowing how much he LOVES golf, I thought maybe one of the gps golf units would be really nice. Now, I'm still learning more about them...but from what I gather, they are really handy in helping golfers learn the course, yardage, etc. It really sounds neat and I know it's something he'd love. Now I just need to find the right one.

| My girlfriend recently left for Africa on a Mission's trip and I miss her already. She'll be gone for several weeks and although I'm so happy she's doing it, I also know that it's going to be a while before I see her again. I'm really looking forward to her return. I hope the time goes by quickly and that she has a great time.

| My sister has been looking for a swing set to put in their yard for my niece and nephew. She had be going back and forth on weather to get Plastic, Metal or Wooden swing set. She found that there were good and back things with each type of swing set, Plastic fades but is durable, Metal can rust and is also durable and wood can become weathered and is also durable. After researching she found wooden swing sets new york had the most options for wooden swings that could be mixed and matched. I think that she'll be able to make a decision soon.

| I love to play musical instruments, my favorite instrument is the guitar. I have owned a few guitars in my life and learning to play them was both challenging and fun. I have often fun it would be fun to learn some thing like a steel drum, an instrument that not only requires rhythm but knowing what spot of the drum makes what sound. It would be a good challenge and it would be fun when I have accomplished it.

| Just a few weeks ago my sister informed us that her and my brother-in-law are having their third child. This brought back all the memories of when both my niece and nephew were born. Not only did they send out baby shower invitations for both babies, but since they were both born in November there was birthday parties for my niece and a few weeks later my nephew was born. The funny thing is, this baby is due in November too!

| It's been kind of lonely around my place with my girlfriend back in Colorado visiting her parents. It sucks that she gets her summers off, while I still have to work. She gets to travel and make plans, and yet I have to work. This weekend has been really boring and it just reminds how long the summer is going to be while she's in Africa on a missions trip.
