| Just recently I found out that my little niece has been taking vitamins. It only makes sense that a kid that age could need some nutrients that she may not be getting in her everyday diet. So when I hear that women always have a need for vitamins, I couldn't believe it. I was told that through all the hormones and things that women have to go through on a monthly basis that there are certain vitamins for women that they can take on a regular basis. Kinda makes me wonder if I should be taking vitamins too.

| In today's society there are too many ways that a person can get ripped off. From someone stealing your identity to someone stealing your credit card information, it is easy to get scammed. I have never heard a diet scheme scam until the acai berry scam exposed. It's amazing to hear about the things that people claimed that these berries could cure, and how people believed it. What a shame.

| With a new year just started I have been hear people make the same old New Year's Resolution of losing weight. It's the same people year after year that make the commitment to transforming their body, and their lifestyle. But for most they start off with a bang, but when they don't see instant results they tend to stop. | One of my favorite shows that I love to watch on Monday nights is American Choppers Sr. vs Jr. I have been watching this show over the place 5 years and I have got to watch a father and son grow there business to this awesome empire. Now they are two separate companies both competing for the same customers. It is really sad to see a family go from such highs to such lows. I really hope they can patch things up between them.

| Have you ever seen how pathetic daytime television has gotten. It use to be, when I was growing up, that you had your basic channels and most of those channels had on some sort of a Soap Opera on. But recently I have noticed that there has been a big change to daytime talk shows, most of which involve a girl claiming that her ex-boyfriend is the father of her baby. Then they show them both sitting on stage waiting to hear the results from the paternity test. It is so sad that this is the type on entertainment people like to watch.

| When it comes to clothes, I am not what you call a fashion expert. My current wardrobe, outside of work, consists of t-shirts, jeans, and some sort of soft shell jacket. I am not a very pick person when it comes to clothes, my shirts can go from nfl t shirts to orange county chopper t shirts. And my jeans can range from the ones in Shopko to the Lucky jeans in The Buckle. Now when it comes to soft shell jackets, I only wear the best, the North Face.

| If you would have asked me 5 years ago what my interests were, I probably would have said cars and electronics. Now though, I have a new interest to add to that list...remodeling my place. Now that I'm a homeowner, I really take pride in keeping it updated and nice. At some point I know I will want to sell it and look forward to having people interested because of how well I've kept it up. When I moved in it was not updated at all. After working on lighting, fixtures and paint, it's really come a long way. I still need to do flooring, but I know that won't be too long before I'm able to do that too.

| I just realized I never took the time to wish everyone a very Happy New Year! So...Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday and was able to sit back and relax with family and friends. I was able to go out and visit my girlfriend and her family in Colorado and then spent a few days with my sister and her family. We celebrated the New Year with my parents and brother too. It was great! As I get older, I appreciate that family time even more.

| With the economy the way it is, I've often thought it would be a good idea to invest. I have read up on purchasing gold bar and silver and definitely think this would be a good choice for me. I have not made any set decisions yet, but it's definitely something I'm considering and researching more. My Grandpa was big into investing and it really paid off for him. I think it's a wise move, especially when the economy is so shaky like it is now.

| Do you enjoy shopping? I like to shop for some things...clothes, etc...but for the most part I do it from home. It's just easier. I have often thought people were absolutely crazy going out on Black Friday...why not just take advantage of the deals on Cyber Monday and shop from home? Now that's my kind of shopping. How about you...which do you prefer? Shopping online, or in the store? In my opinion, nothing beats shopping from the couch and having it delivered right to me. The only negative is waiting for it to come.

| It's only the beginning of January and I'm already really tired of the snow. Usually we get quite a bit, but never this much so soon. I have to admit I'm not a huge fan of winter anyways. I'd rather it be warm and easy to drive to work every day. This is getting really old. I hope winter will go by quickly and Spring will be here before we know it! That would be fantastic.

| There are many ways to spend your vacation. You can fly or drive to one destination and spend all of your time there, or you can take a cruise and see many different places. My parents love to take cruises because you often travel for a week and can sleep in the same room every night. My mom always searches royal caribbean cruise deals for the best locations at the best price. I will be doing the same the next time I want to go on a cruise.

First is picking a career that will give you longevity and a stable position. There are many healthcare jobs that can give you this stability to ensure a great career. The second thing a career should have is diversity, the ability to choose from many different jobs all in the same industry. Using these two pointers will ensure that you find a career that can provide you with strength and stability.

| I, myself, am not one who is up on all the latest fashions. My brother, mister style, loves to keep up on all the fashions and likes more urban clothes. From shoes, to jeans and shirts my brother has to make sure that he is sporting the latest fashion. This made it really easy to buy for him this last holiday season.
