Vitamins
I don't take vitamins, but I know I should. My sister and I were having this conversation one day and I realized that when she was my age she never really took vitamins either. It wasn't until she had kids and started taking prenatal vitamins that she really got interested in taking something on a regular basis. I suppose I should look and at least get some sort of a multivitamin or something. The thing is, there are so many to choose from. This could take a while.
