Cholesterol
High cholesterol runs in my family. Unfortunately it's something that I'm already starting to deal with and I hate it. I've been to the doctor and they'd like to get me on some sort of cholesterol treatment, but I'm just not sure. I'm so young and don't know if it would be the best thing or not. I'm hoping there are some natural ways I can lower my cholesterol without having to take meds. I've been researching a lot and hope that some of these ideas will help.
