It seems every month I hear of a new diet that people are trying out. Are there really fad diets that work? I have no idea. Any that I've tried only seem to help me lose weight for a time. Once I quit, I usually gain back the weight. I suppose it would be better for someone who is a little more motivated to really lose. I'm not so much looking to lose a lot of weight as I am just to get in shape. Summer is here which means beach weather...and I want to bulk up a little. Hopefully I'm able to with the exercise routine and diet I've been on.
