| It's winter and that means I'm not able to exercise outside as much anymore. The new year is around the corner and my resolution is going to be to get back in shape before summer. To do this I am going to need some serious fitness equipment. I'm thinking about purchasing some and transforming my guest room/office into an exercise space as well. Hopefully I can find some of the equipment I'm looking for. I think it's the perfect time to get back into the swing of things.

| I do a little bit of the promotional stuff at the company I work for. Recently I was thinking about what product we could do next, and I'm thinking promotional bags. I am kind of tired of doing the usual pens and pencils...we need something that's really going to grab people's attention and be something they can use. I think a bag is the perfect thing and a great idea for the new year. Hopefully my boss will think so as well. Now just to get them designed and ordered.

| I recently received a couple of wedding invitations in the mail. I got to thinking what a crazy time of year it is to be planning a wedding. With the holidays and the questionable weather, one has to be pretty brave to plan a wedding in December or January...especially here in the midwest when a snowstorm can show up at any time. I think I would prefer to get married in the summer time when it's warm and more people would be able to make it. I'm sure a winter wedding would be very pretty thought, it's just not for me.

| Oh to have a vacation, how great that would be!! I've been thinking about taking a vacation for quite some time now and have it narrowed down to some locations. Now all I'm doing is looking into panama city hotels and seeing what would be the best choice for me if I go there. I just really need a short vacation to recoup after the busyness of the last few months at work. I'm hoping a relaxing vacation will do the trick. I can't wait to relax by the pool and enjoy doing nothing all day long!

| Most people have a desire to be thin and lose weight I think. I know I do! Especially this time of year when the weather is cold and it's more difficult to get out and exercise. It's also easier to overeat as there's not much else to do to keep me active. In the past I have considered weight loss pills, but in all my research have come to the conclusion that a good old diet and exercise will have to do for now. I'm hoping to make my spare room into an exercise room and get lots of use out of it. We'll see how it goes I guess.

| Have you noticed that every month that passes there is a new supplement or diet pill on the market. At one point I was looking into all this, but for now have decided to stop my research as all the options and choices out there are a bit overwhelming. Now I hear of an hgh supplement. It just seems like there are more and more to choose from and it gets harder and harder to find one that's right for you. I'm glad that there are advancements, just wish the decision could be easier.
