| It's really important where ever you are that you know of a good dentist. I grew up with a mom who works in a dental office, which means the health of our teeth was discussed often. We went to the dentist every 6 months and made sure that everything was taken care of. Now, even when I'm on vacation I scope out a good dentist, as I know how important it is in case of emergency. I'm headed on a business trip soon and want to find a good Plano Dentist. If you know any, let me know!

| I talk a lot about diet pills, but lately I've also been considering some fat burner supplements. I am not really up on all the diet pill and supplement stuff...but have heard many great things and know that there are people out there who swear by this sort of stuff. I would like to get more fit and maybe lose a little bit of weight. To do that I'd really like to start eating more healthy and exercising more...but also thought a product like this could help as well. Guess we'll see what I decide...who knows?!

| I have noticed more and more people using diet supplements. I guess it's supposed to be a good way to lose weight quickly and effectively. I have never tried a diet supplement before, but know that I'd probably like it if I did. The thing is, there are a lot out there to choose from. I think I would really need to do my research online and find the right one for me. We'll have to see what I decide. I just know that I want to be careful what I put into my body and make the right decision. At least there are many to choose from.

| My sister has used disposable diapers since her daughter was born. They had considered cloth diapers, but didn't want the hassle. In turn though, they pay lots of money each month buying diapers. I think now after 20 months they are very anxious to start the potty training process and get their little girl out of diapers. I don't blame them, especially since they have a second baby coming in November. Having to buy diapers for two kids...yikes! That would definitely cut into the wallet a bit.

| I have a blog completely dedicated to Ps3. I have to say though, that I've let it go a little bit and I really need to get back there and start posting more. I had a large following when I consistently posted on it, as there are many people who are huge PS3 fans! I don't blame them. I am too. Out of all the gaming systems, it is still one of my favorites. I have so much fun finding the latest news and posting it there. My readers really love it. It's nice to find places online where you can find sites solely dedicated to one topic. I think that's what they appreciate about that particular blog.

| The weather here in the D.C. area is quite nice. My brother, Dad and I have been throwing around the idea of going golfing it's so nice. I don't think that idea is going to fly though...as my mom and the rest of the fam want us around. I can see their point...it would just be fun to golf...haven't done that in a while and would love to. Once I get home I won't get to because I'll have so much work to catch up on it won't even be funny. Who knows...maybe we can sneak in one round at least?!

| Back home everyone is asking "where is summer?", but here in the East it's quite warm already. We may feel the shock in temperature when we return to Iowa as it's only been in the 60's and colder there. I am also wondering where summer is in the midwest? So far we've only had a handful of nice days and we're almost half way through June already. By the time it actually does warm up...fall will be well on it's way. This is one reason why I'd love to live in a warmer state. Someday....

| At first I wasn't a big fan of Facebook. But...I have to say that once I started up my account I can't help but check it each day. My sister encouraged me to sign up...so I finally did. I'm really glad she talked me into it. It's been a terrific way to keep in touch with family and friends! I enjoy chatting on there, as well as seeing pictures and learning what's going on in everyone's lives.

| Soon I will have my brother and his family living in the same town as me! I am really excited. I used to have my sister and her husband here, but then they moved because he got another job. So now my brother will be down here and it will be great! They've been living in Texas for the last 4 years, so having him this close to us again is going to be awesome. I know he will be busy with his new job at the University, but I hope we will see each other every once in a while.

| Today was an interesting day in DC. Minutes before we go to the Holocaust Museum there was a very deadly shooting. A man walked in, shot and killed a security guard. He was shot in the head by another security guard and is still in critical condition. By the time we go there the museum was closed down and there were police officers and cameras everywhere! Quite the ordeal! It was a sad thing to have happen...I sure feel for that security guard's family. He died in the line of duty and was very brave in doing so. His actions helped to prevent a more deadly situation I'm sure.

| One other great thing about vacation has been all the great food! I typically am too busy and too lazy to buy groceries...so it's been great to eat yummy food like that which we've been having. It's going to be hard to go back to food like McDonalds after all this good stuff. I guess it might be good though...I've been eating SO much and probably have even put on some weight. I should probably cool it once I get home so I can get back in shape. It's fun while on vacation though!

| We are having a wonderful time in Philly with the fam. I can't believe how quick the trip is going so far. We've been so busy every day, but I'm loving every minute of it! I love spending time with my family and getting to see all of these awesome places. I've been so many new places and have taken lots of pics. I'll have to share them with you all once I get my camera hooked up to the computer and download them. I will be sad once this week is over and I have to return to reality of work and life. It's been great having no stress.

| I'm here in Philly and loving it! I needed this vacation away from life's stresses and am enjoying my time spent with family and friends! I get to spend a whole week with them, and my little nephew of course. He's such a cutie! Tomorrow we are headed to New York and then later this week we'll go to Washington DC. Looking forward to all the site seeing and getting to visit new places. Hopefully the time doesn't go by too quickly.
