| I am looking forward to this weekend and it's still only Monday!! My sister and her family are coming down for my birthday, and so are my parents! I'm really excited to have them all here...it will be so much fun. I'm sure we'll eat out, go shopping and just enjoy each other's company. I am really excited too, because I get to see my niece. It sounds like she is just growing like crazy.

| I am sure hoping that tomorrow is going to be nicer than today! Today it snowed, rained and even had some sleet for most of the day. It definitely was not your normal "spring" day...but hopefully it's coming soon. We're officially in Spring, but it sure doesn't feel like it. It still feels like we're very much in winter. After five months though, I am very ready to get some warmer weather. Hopefully sooner than later.

| Today has been a good day to get some posts. I'm really happy about that, as some extra money is always nice! I don't know about you, but I enjoy spending my extra money on others. Whether it be something for my girlfriend, my parents, or even my niece and nephew...that's what I enjoy most. It's so much fun being able to do for others! I'm trying to think what the next thing I'm going to buy for them will be...hmmm?!

| My sister was recently telling me that they've been having a lot of problems with their bath tub faucet. For some reason it comes lose, and they end up getting water in the basement. Every time they tighten it, it fixes the problem...but only for a short amount of time. It's quite frustrating for them, because now they can't seem to make it go from shower to bath....there's always water coming out of the shower nozzle no matter what. I hope for their sake they figure it out so they don't have to buy a new one.

| I have been telling my friends and family all winter long, that this summer I'd really like to get into camping some. Now that I have my new job....I will have plenty of vacation time...and I think going on some camping trips would be a lot of fun! Don't you think?! The problem is, I don't have any camping gear. I'll definitely have to go out and shop for some nice things before I go on any camping trips. I suppose I'll need a sleeping bag, a tent, and some other things as well. That's ok though..I'll get much use out of them if I start this hobby.

| I'm pretty excited, because with this new job I finally have descent vacation time. With my other job I had to wait a whole year before I could take any vacation time that was paid. It will be really nice to take a nice trip this summer sometime. My parents have talked very highly of the royal caribbean cruises...so I may have to try one of those or something. All I know is that I want to go somewhere warm and relaxing. If one of these cruises is like that...then that may just be what I do.

| Well, usually I stay up later than this, but since I started this new job, I have to get up much earlier. I have to be to work by 7 or so each morning. That's pretty early for me, so I'm going to have to head to bed early from now on. I'm used to staying up until at least midnight...but I learned today that if I keep that up I will be rather tired during the day. I don't want that, especially just starting this job.

| Well today was my first day of my new job. It was pretty much just an orientation day, but it still gave me a good idea of what I will be doing now. It was kind of fun, because it's in a completely new building than I was in before. Working for John Deere has always been a dream of mine...so now to actually be there and doing what I love...it was such a great day and I can't wait for tomorrow already!

| For my new job position I presume that I will be going to many different trade shows. One of the things that I may even have to do is set up trade show displays of my own. I definitely think I'm going to like this new job, there will just be many different responsibilities that I didn't have before. It will be a lot of fun though, and the work will not be bad because this is something that I've always wanted to do. I'm definitely looking forward to starting on Monday and seeing what they all have in store for me...it's very exciting!

| My dad has a truck...something that he's wanted for so many years. He got one a couple years ago, and really enjoys having it to haul things and to drive hear and there. | I am looking forward to my new job position, for one because I get more vacation time. With my other position I had to work a whole year before earning vacation time...now I get it right away with this job. I'm thinking I may use some of it to go and visit my brother and his family in Texas. I haven't seen them or my little nephew since Christmas and would really like to see them again. Hopefully I will get to go sometime this summer maybe.

| Last night was American Idol. It's a little different now that they're down to the last 12 contestants...because they only let one go a week now. I was a little surprised at who they let go, because I thought there were many contestants who did a whole lot worse. However, I think that at some point David would have gone anyways. I am interested to see how everyone does next week and who will go next...

| I am thinking about going on a little vacation sometime soon. With my new job I get paid time off and a little time away would be really nice. I have been trying to decide where I might go and looking for some great hotel deals. I'm still not quite sure where I'm going to go, but I think it will be somewhere warm! It won't be a long vacation, but one that is long enough where I can just relax and refresh before I go back to work. I'll have to do a little more research, but hopefully I will be able to find somewhere really nice.

| Well, it looks like the weather is going to be pretty nice this weekend, which is great since my sister and her family are planning on heading down to visit. | I have some very good news....I was recently told that I got the promotion that I interviewed for last week! It's a great promotion for me...basically my dream job with John Deere! I'm so excited and told my family tonight after supper. After only having been out of school for less than a year I feel very blessed to have such a wonderful job!! Not many people are in the job of their dreams right out of college...I am very lucky!!

| When I moved into my apartment I was just starting my new job and I didn't have a good bed. My parents let me have one of their old beds which was very nice of them. Although it's fairly comfortable, I have been looking for a new mattress...as that would help me to get a much better nights rest!! I think that's why I wake up stiff and with headaches so often. I've been looking around and I'm not sure what kind of a mattress I will go with?! I tend to like soft beds, so that's probably something I'll look for. I think we may go shopping for a new bed this weekend...hopefully I find one.

| Tonight is the results show for American Idol. I have an idea of who may end up leaving tonight...but then again, last week I had no clue that some of the people who left would get voted off already!! I think it's obvious who is good enough to be in the bottom 6 people or so...but the bottom 12...I don't know?! It's a toss up. I already have my favorites, how about you?! We'll see tonight how it all goes down.

| Well, the weekend is getting closer. The work day is officially over, which means one more day and then it's here! This weekend will be so much fun, I can't wait for my sister and her family to get down here. I don't know what we're all going to do yet, but whatever we do it will be a good time! Now hopefully this weather will get better...that would be a bummer if it didn't!

| As I was driving home from work the other day, I was noticing how much commercial real estate there is available in my city. It would be so easy for someone to start up a good business here. What's great is the property for sale is near the growing part of town! It's definitely a place where a new business would flourish, that's for sure!! I'm going to have to keep this in mind in case I ever decide to open my own business.

| My girlfriend and I were out to eat just recently and we were talking about something that we miss most restaurants offering...wipes. Remember when you used to go to a restaurant and they would have those wipes available when you were done with your meal so you could wash off your hands?! What ever happened to those? We really miss them at most places we eat these days. They sure would be nice.

| I had such a nice weekend with my parents and visiting my sister, her husband and my little niece. We just went out to eat and spent time catching up. It was a lot of fun. Now this next weekend they're coming down to see me and are staying the weekend. My niece hasn't been here yet, so that will be fun to have her around! I"m really looking forward to it!!
