| I have a friend who recently moved down to Arizona. He just got married and found out that he was offered a job teaching there. Although I'm sure it was kind of nerveracking, being that far away from home...he and his wife decided to make the move and are actually really loving it!! They thought about renting an apartment, but when they moved down they heard of Arizona luxury real estate and ended up finding a brand new house to rent!! They were so excited.

| Have you ever thought about using diet pills? Or, maybe you've used them before?! If you have though about, or used diet pills...what was your experience? Many people that I know who have tried these types of pills did not do their research and really were disappointed when they didn't see any results from the pills they were taking. I've never used any of these diet pills, but one that I'd be interested in learning more about is Miracle burn. I've heard some really good things about it and I would like to try it out for myself sometime.

| I really enjoy traveling, especially here within the US. I've been many different places in my life, but one state I've never visited, but would love to is New York. I would really like to take a trip there, even if it were for a few days. I've heard that there's so much to see and do there...I think it would be a lot of fun. When I finally do get to go on this vacation I'm going to look into staying at a New York Bed and Breakfast. I've heard that they are just amazing.

| I'm trying to think through all I have to do before I head back to see my parents tonight. I need to make sure that my place is picked up a little...finish cleaning and doing laundry are big ones...then I just need to make sure that I get some gas before I leave and pack up a bag. Oh, and I can't forget to pick up Renee, she's going back with me too. :) We're both really looking forward to it, as it's been a long time since we've been back.

| I talked with my parents today and it sounds like they both have the day off from work. My mom usually does not work Friday's, and my dad decided to take the day off too. They are getting their haircuts done and out of the way, and then they have some errands to run. While they do all of that, their dog Zoe is at the groomers for a haircut! Zoe loves going to the groomers, but sometimes she acts a little bit nervous at first. She always looks really cute when she's done though.

| Mortgages is something that I've heard a lot about over the past month...as my sister and her husband recently just bought their first home. Seeing how it was their first home, they went through all of the newness of getting a first time home buyer loan and everything else that goes along with buying a house. Hearing about all of this home buying stuff, has actually gotten me really interested in mortgages and things of that nature. When I was surfing the web today, I came across MortgageCapital.com. | Gosh, it's already Friday already! I have been waiting for today to come since last week I think...haha. Not so much because that means it's the end of my work week, but mainly because that means tonight I get to go back and see my family. I think the time will go quickly because we have so much planned, but that's ok. I'm just glad that I get to go back and see my family.:)

What kind of experiences have you had with insurance? Are they good or bad? It seems that everyone I ask this question has a different answer. Some think it's great, and others feel they have had unfair and bad experiences. I for one think it's great! Although we all pay a lot for different kinds of insurance, like home insurance, car insurance, life insurance, etc....it's there to help us in case we need it. In my eyes, paying for insurance may seem like a bummer at the time, but when it comes down to it...it's very good to have. My experience has been great with insurance, and I couldn't imagine having things like car insurance and health insurance. My sister was even talking to me about home insurance. She said that it's pretty spendy, but if you know what you're needing, then you just have to find a place that gives you the best rate and covers you the best. I think this was very good advice. It's a good idea to compare car insurance, home insurance, etc. What do you think? Is insurance important to have? Is it important to compare?

| The weather sure is different today than it was last night. Yesterday afternoon I had heard on the news that we were gonna get some storms last night. They were right. Around 9:30 it began pouring rain outside. Then I wake up this morning and the sky's are blue, with hardly a cloud in the sky. It's amazing how the weather can change so quickly. I'm not complaining though...I like this kind of weather.

It's so weird that I came across some information on bathtub safety today, because my sister was just telling me about their bathtub in the new house that they bought. She said that it's really deep, and much bigger than most tubs. With being pregnant on top of all of that, she said it can and does get very slippery at times. She's always very careful, but no matter how careful she is....she said that she still gets nervous that she will fall. | I'm pretty excited, because I talked with my parents yesterday and found out that we're for sure gonna be able to go up and visit my sister while I'm home. | My sister was telling me how she's so excited about her baby shower next weekend. I guess her husband's aunts have quite the shower that they're putting on. One of his aunts is actually planning all of the games...and by the sounds of it, it will be pretty fun for the girls who are attending. Jenna's pretty excited, and I know the rest of the family is as well. Too bad guys aren't invited.

I'm not sure if you've ever heard of Joel Comm's Internet reality tv show, The Next Internet Millionaire, but it is really becoming a hit!! It's actually the first competitive internet reality show...which I think is pretty amazing! I'm glad to hear that it's doing so well. They're actually already airing Episode 5 of the show live! There are 8 contestants left, and this specific one has the immunity challenge on it. It sounds pretty interesting to me. I wonder who will be gone after this episode? I guess we'll have to watch it to find out.

| I know I say this all the time...but where does the time go?? I mean, it feels like I just woke up, and now it's almost 2:00 in the afternoon already!! I really have lots of things I need to get done, but I find that my time spent on the computer is not only helping me make money, but is quite fun and makes the day go by so quickly. I may have to resume blogging later though...laundry and cleaning can't wait any longer.

| It must have gotten pretty windy last night with the rain and storms that we had. I say that because when I woke up this morning and looked outside, all I could see were leaves and tons of branches all around the yard and in the street!! | Can you believe it's already Tuesday?!! Wow, I can't. The days just fly by. I'm actually really happy that so far this week has been going by pretty quickly though. That means that I only have a few more days until I get to go home and see my family. It's been over two months since I've been back to visit, so it will be a good time. My girlfriend is coming too, she's going to go to my sister's baby shower, and then we're gonna check out her new house that her and her husband just bought. That night we have my Grandpa's birthday party which should also be a good time. I can't wait!

| I recently had a great idea that I think my whole family would enjoy. I'm thinking about taking a look at planning a vacation to Branson, MO. It's not really far from where I live, and the greatest part is that they have all the kinds of things my family just loves. They're known for their entertainment, recreation and golfing opportunities. Golfing is one of my families most beloved hobbies. They would absolutely love this place!! | After all the rain we had last night, the trees really have started to lose their leaves. I didn't notice too many on the ground before this morning. When I looked outside it really began to feel like fall...as there are so many orange and yellow leaves around my place. I guess that's ok though. I really like fall. | Last night when I walked outside I really thought it was going to rain. The sky was gray and the air smelled like rain. | This weekend I had to go to Walmart and get some much needed groceries. Although I never get a lot of stuff...some how it always seems to add up in cost. | Today has been a pretty laid back day. I decided to take a little nap, and then have been enjoying watching football on tv. | It sounds like both my sister and sister-in-law are working hard to get their nursery's ready before the baby's come next month. I never thought of setting up a nursery as being a big task before, but from what I hear...it's quite the job! | In talking with my sister, I realized that she and my sister-in-law only have 5 more weeks until their babies are born. It seems weird to me that the time is almost here. I can't wait to be an uncle! I guess they're both becoming more and more uncomfortable with each passing week, and are both looking forward to holding their little ones in their arms rather than their tummys. I can imagine that it would be quite uncomfortable carrying around an almost full-term baby in your tummy. I guess sleeping is just getting harder, because getting comfortable for very long is hardly possible. Hopefully these next 5 weeks will go by quickly for them.

| My girlfriend and I were talking recently about the variety of appliances that are out there these days. It seems that there are so many different types of refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, etc. No matter what your taste or style it is...it seems like it would be pretty easy to find something you'd like. When I have my own place, I'd love one of those refrigerators with the huge freezer on the bottom. I would also like a microwave that doesn't sit on the counter, but that goes above a stove....they're space-saving and sleek looking. Talking about all of this stuff makes me excited to get my own place one day!

| Well it's Saturday and I really don't have any big plans for the day. I'd like to get some laundry done, and maybe a little cleaning...but other than that...I'm pretty much free to do whatever I want today. | I am SOOO excited! I recently found out that PPP is allowing us to do up to three posts on each of our blogs again. I completely understand why they had to cut back to two for a while...it seemed that there just weren't enough posts to go around. Like many of you out there, I know what it's like to have debt. It's almost impossible not to have debt, especially if you're a homeowner, or have gone to college. Although it seems that debt is a common thing among many of us...it's also something that many people can get into trouble with. If you're not wise with your borrowing, don't get a consolidation loan, and borrow way more than you can ever afford to pay back, that gets you into financial trouble. It seems like there are so many people out there who fall into the trap of getting those credit cards that are so easily accessible to them. I can't believe how easy it is to get credit these days. I mean, they really don't even make sure that you can repay it. If one is not wise with their borrowing or spending, they can definitely end up in a lot of trouble and find themselves needing debt help or an IVA.

| I think I'm going to have to call it a day as far as blogging goes. I mean, I love blogging...I think it's such a great way to let people know what's going on in my life...but today I am just SOOO tired! I don't really know why...but it's difficult for me to keep my eyes open while I type. I think I may try and go take a nap and then eat some supper. Loans are something that I'm sure many of us had to deal with at some point or another. It's rare to find anyone who has never had to experience taking out some sort of personal loans or secured loans before. I know that I personally have had experience with car loans and student loans mainly. At some point I know that I will also have to get a home loan. I think being able to borrow money is terrific! Without that option in our lives, I would never have had the opportunity to go to such a great college and get my degree so I can do the work that I want. The one thing about borrowing money that can be dangerous though, is that people need to borrow what they know they can afford and pay back in a timely matter. They also don't know anything about debt consolidation sometimes....something that I've found useful with my student loans. Sometimes I think it's a little too easy to access loans and cash, without people really thinking about the end result...having to pay all of that back over a certain number of years. I think as long as one keeps in mind what they can afford, then borrowing money is great!

| I don't know about the rest of you, but by the time Friday comes around, I am very tired. I think it's just from working all week and then working on the computer when I get home. All I know is that I always look forward to Friday night, saturday and sunday. I like having my weekends to relax and get re energized for the week ahead.

| Ever since my sister and her husband bought their home, I have been thinking about the types of features I want to have in my future home some day. I would say one of the biggest things I want is a home theater. I don't mean just the system, but the works. I'd love some really great home theater lighting, the comfy chairs...I'd love it all!! I just think it would be so much fun to have something like this in a basement or something. Now I just need to find a house that allows me the space to do this to the basement.

I even had my dad stay with me, so having him there made the time go even faster. | Oh my gosh...where has the day gone?!! I woke up this morning realizing all that I needed to get done...both at work and at home....and before I knew it, it's almost 2:00 already! I seriously didn't even think it was lunch time yet. My day is just flying by...which today isn't such a good thing, because I have so much to do. | My parents have lived in their home for over 20 years now. Over the years they've done a lot of home improvements to their house. They have added on a big family room, remodeled the basement, added a bathroom, redid siding and windows...the list truly does go on and on. | I have never really been one to struggle with allergies...but boy...this year they've been really bad. I'm not sure what it is...but I'm always feeling stuffed up and like I have a cold. I really like the fact that there are so many products out there these days that allow parents to track and monitor what their teens are up to. When I was a teenager, having my parents monitor the sites I visited and things of that nature would probably of not made me very happy. Looking back though, I see where this is very crucial nowadays with sites that can really get young kids in trouble. There's so many child predators and people like that out there. I definitely would want to know if my children were taking part in different chatting sites that allowed them to talk with complete strangers. | I am currently on this golf kick lately. I just have enjoyed going out with my family members and my girlfriend a number of times over the summer and just love the sport. I like it because, unlike other sports, golf is not a competitive one if you don't want it to be. It can be a laid back game where you just have fun. I also like it because it's wonderful exercise and great for the back. I'm so happy that all of my family members are getting into the game of golf. Maybe someday all of our kids will be into the game as well?! That would make for some fun family get-togethers.

Being as young as I am, I still have had plenty of experience with loans. Specifically car loans, personal loans, and school loans. I have also heard a lot about home loans recently, with my sister and her husband buying their first home. From the things I've talked with my sister about...it does seem that banks may be a little too willing to give people loans without first finding out if they're going to be able to afford the payments that they need to pay each month. My sister is a good budgeter, and she went into buying a home knowing exactly how much they could afford based on the other bills and loans that they have. When they got there, the only the banker wanted to know was about what they're debt was. She didn't ask about other bills or anything of that nature. My sister told me that the amount this mortgage consultant told them they could borrow was far beyond what she knew that they could afford. Thankfully for that bank and that situation, my sister already knew that they could only afford so much. This example was proof to me that many people are probably walking around out there with loans far greater than they can afford. It seems like it's a little bit of both sides fault when this happens though. The bank should look into things further, yes. But also, the borrower should come in like my sister did with a knowledge of what they can afford. I know that with my own borrowing experience I have only borrowed what I know I can afford to pay back. And, when it comes to buying a house one day or taking out a secured personal loan...I will make sure to go about it in the same manner.

Sometimes I think the songs that they play on commercials or television shows get stuck in your head without even knowing it. | It's weird to think that in 40 days I will be an uncle. My sister-in-law is due with their first baby on October 27th and my sister is due with their first baby on October 28th. | My sister said that her husband is pretty tired these days. He's worked 15 days straight now that it's getting to be that time of year where they're more busy in the field. | My air conditioner has been acting kind of funny lately. I hadn't been running it for over a week because the weather was so cool and nice. But, yesterday it got up in the 80's and 90's, which required me to turn it on again. When I did, for the first 10 minutes or so it would turn on for a few minutes and then turn off. Finally, it started kicking on and staying on until the temperature was stabilized....but I just thought that was kind of weird?! I may have to get that checked out.

| Last night it was sure nice to have my dad here. He worked down here yesterday and got off fairly late. So, he thought it would be best just to stay down here and then drive to work tomorrow morning. Living alone, I definitely appreciate the times when people come down to visit me. This weekend has been exceptional in that area...as my mom and dad were down here Saturday and Sunday, and then my dad came back down yesterday and left this morning. I'm glad that I had such a great weekend and was able to spend so much time with my family.

| It's really weird...some days I can sleep in until my alarm goes off and I still feel tired, and other days I wake up well before my alarm and feel completely rested. I'm not sure why this is, as I go to sleep at the same time each night pretty much. I think it probably has something to do with the quality of sleep that I'm getting, not the quantity. | What a nice weekend!! It started out with my parents coming down on Saturday and us going to check out some things at the mall. Mom was looking for a couple tops for Jenna, who is growing out of some of her maternity clothes as the pregnancy nears an end. It was fun shopping with them. After that, we went and had lunch at Pancheros which is a really yummy place to eat. After that we went golfing, which was a blast. My mom did a great job considering it was her first time. She really seemed to enjoy it too...which is good. Then last night we went to the Olive Garden, a favorite of my family. It was such a great weekend...I'm sad that it went so quickly!

| Today might have to be the first day that I turn on my heat. I thought I might be able to get by with out having it on, but I woke up this morning and my apartment is freezing! It's in the lower 60's in the apartment, and I'm used to mid 70's. My parents and their dog are coming down today, so I really want the place to be comfortable for them. | Sometimes when I'm home in the afternoon like today, I really enjoy watching Dr. Phil. | I'm really excited that it's already Tuesday today. The reason is, because I think my Dad and Mom are coming down this weekend, so that my dad and I can go golfing. Well, recently I read an article that 4 different companies are now taking out a chemical that they used to make the butter on the popcorn because the fumes it releases when in the microwave are very dangerous. | Both my sister and sister-in-law are due with their first babies at the end of October. I've talked with both of them recently, and they both seem to be very excited for these babies to come. | My parents recently told me that they ordered an elliptical machine to put in their basement. I guess it's a pretty nice one. My sister thought this was great, because now she can use it when she goes to visit them. It's her favorite machine and one that she feels truly works for her. Mom and Dad are pretty excited to get this machine as well...as it will make exercising easier so they don't have to go to the YMCA or other public areas to exercise. I'm anxious to see it.

| When I was in college, getting the Meningitis vaccination was strongly urged. It was not mandatory, but it urged, especially for those of us living in the dorm setting. Meningitis is something that seemed to effect at least one person at my college each year...usually at the beginning of the school year. | I am sure many of you have heard that Mattel has announced it's third major recall of their Chinese-made toys. That's three times now in just over a month. Wow! I guess it's good that they're recalling these items though with the lead paint that the items have. We want our children in this world to be safe, and clearly they are trying to look out for their best interest by recalling these items. It's just not a very good time for such a large recall, because the holiday shopping season is going to be upon us shortly. | Golf is something that I've done on and off throughout the years, but haven't gotten really into it until just this past summer.
