| I'm pretty excited today!! My brother-in-law called me last night to tell me about their new house. Then he asked if I was planning on coming home. I didn't think that I probably would, but then he said that he thought we could go out and enjoy the nice weather on the lake with the jet skis and pontoon...so now I'm gonna go back, just for the day to do that since I can't come back on the fourth of July. Should be a fun day!

| Real Estate is not something that I've had a lot of experience with, but lately I've heard a lot about it from my sister and her husband who recently purchased their first home. They've been telling me the entire process that one has to go through to own his/her own real estate, and wow does it sound like a lot of work. There's just so much time and paperwork that goes into it. I'm really happy for them. They seem really organized and got through it all, but when the time comes for me to do it, I could see it being a bit overwhelming at times.

| Now working in an office, I notice how much I enjoy office supplies. I even find myself enjoying going into the different office supplies stores around where I live. One of my favorite things is Pens. I think I like them because each one is unique and writes in it's own way. I guess thinking back on it, I've always enjoyed pens. My girlfriend actually got me a really nice one when I graduated from college, and it was engraved and everything!! My Grandpa used to love pens too. I think that's probably who I got it from.

| I have never been to North Carolina, but I know that my sister and her husband have been over that way and all they can talk about is the beautiful environment right there by the ocean!! From what they've told me, it's just beautiful!! I'm thinking that at some point I'd like to go check out North Carolina, as it sounds like somewhere I'd enjoy relaxing and spending a vacation. Who knows, maybe if I like it enough I will look into getting a nc waterfront property. I guess we'll just have to see?!?

| I ended up getting a great job straight out of a college a few months ago. I absolutely am loving it so far!! The one thing that I really enjoy is the fact that I get to travel a lot. Not only do I get to travel, but I get to travel to different countries, which is an experience that I'm very grateful to have!! My travel growing up really just consisted of the US...so getting to go to new and exciting places is quite fun. The one thing I didn't have straight out of college was luggage. Not long ago, I had to go buy some, and I actually had fun searching through all the options. There's so much out there, and I found the perfect set for me.

| So, I know I've been talking about my sister and her husband an awful lot lately, but them buying a new home is just so exciting. Their offer went through and now they've just been trying to tell me all they can about this house and what it has to offer. There were a couple things about it that I thought were really cool. One was the fact that there are wood floors throughout some of the house. I guess they're just beautiful. The other thing was the under cabinet lighting! Isn't that cool. There are actually small lights under the cabinets in the kitchen. They have lots of counter space so this will be really nice to have.

| I have been hearing a lot about all the appliances and things that need repaired in a home lately because my sister and her husband are currently in the process of a buying a home. I hear them talking about how it would be nice down the line to get some new doors, fix some of the walls, and even get a new range hood. When I was really young, one of my favorite family vacations that my family and I went on was to St. Louis. We had the greatest time. We got to even stay in a great motel right across the street from the St. Louis Cardinals stadium. It was a blast!! We were able to get st louis cardinals tickets twice while were staying there, and just watching a professional baseball game in person was great!! If I could ever go back I'd want to see them play again. We also stood outside and were able to get many autographs on some baseballs that my parents had bought for us.

| I don't know about all of you out there, but my family is really big into golfing!! Especially my dad, brother, and brother-in-law!! Now that my sister and her husband live up near a golf course, I hope that someday soon my parents and them will go in and buy a golf cart...that would be cool!! Then we'd always have one to use when we go golfing. The only thing with owning a golf cart is that you may need to replace the golf cart parts and other things for it. I guess that's something they'd have to consider before buying one.

| Do you live in New York, or are you planning a trip to New York? If so, then you probably know that New York is one of the biggest cities in the world. I have never been to New York, but if I ever get the chance to go I think it would be amazing. It just sounds like there are so many fun things to do there. They have everything from professional sports teams, concerts, and shows that I would love to go see. When I do get the chance to travel to New York one day, I'm going to take advantage of the new york ticket broker...because this will allow me to get tickets to all of the events that I've always wanted to see and be a part of.

| I don't know about all of you out there, but I am so saddened by all of the terrorist threats and actions we hear about in our country and the U.K these days. It's seems like each day there's something...and it's just so sad! Recently there was another car bomb in the U.K., but thankfully due to some smoke that was spotted coming from it, the police checked it out and defused a bomb. If this would not have been caught soon enough, the car bomb could have killed hundreds of people! Hopefully these plots to kill hundreds of innocent people stop soon. It's just so sad.

Taking pictures is one of my favorite things to do. I've learned that pictures are the best ways to keep those special memories of people and events close to your heart for always. I don't have a hi-tech digital camera, but it does the job I guess. If I had the money I would love to get a nicer one so that I had it by the time my two nieces or nephews are born in October. I just love to capture things like this and having a camera that didn't come out blurry with every bit of movement would sure be nice to have! Lately I've just enjoyed using my camera on my different business trips as well as with my family when I'm able to see them. Digital photography is not only fun in making memories, but it's so easy!! Unlike those older cameras that used film, digital cameras allow you to take hundreds of pictures, and delete the ones you don't care for. I always like it because you can see the picture right after it's taken. It would definitely be nice to have a newer digital camera, like the Sony DSLR-A100K Digital Camera 2/18-70 MM F/3.5-5.6 Lens, but until I can afford that someday, my older sony digital camera will have to do.

| Do any of you out there have allergies? Well I do and it is no fun!! Lately I've been waking up with terrible headaches and a very stuffed up nose. I can't even have any of the windows open, as my allergies get even worse that way. Not only do I have seasonal allergies, but also allergies due to some animals...specifically cats. I have to be careful to wash my hands very thoroughly if I come into contact with one.

| Wow, can you believe all the rain that Texas has been getting these days?? My brother lives down there, so whenever I hear of bad weather that direction I pay closer attention. Just the pictures I've seen of the flooding they're facing is terrible!! It almost looks like there was a hurricane that went through there...without all the wind damage of course. I hope for their sakes that it stops raining soon because the roads and things are just covered. I feel so badly for these people who have to face this.

One thing I have noticed with insurance is that there a lot of people who just go with the insurance company that's most well known in their hometown. This is how it is where I'm from anyways, as my hometown is very small. Basically everyone uses that insurance company, whether it's the best and offers the lowest prices or not. | Well it's finally Friday and I couldn't be happier!! I have decided to probably go back to my parents house this weekend after I get off work. It will be nice to see them and their puppy. I'm sure many of you computer users out there know what file sharing is...but have you ever heard of doing it through Driveway.com? This is a fairly new service on the web allowing for free online file sharing. A lot of times different e-mail hosts limit the size of files that you can share with others as attachments, but that's not the case with Driveway. | I was sitting at my desk today and happened to realize that the month of July is almost upon us. Is it really the end of June yet?! It just doesn't seem like the month of June could be coming to an end already....time just goes so quickly. Before I know it, it will be August and Renee will be back in Iowa and ready to start school again. With July nearing, that gives me the dilemma of what to do for the fourth of July. I have that day off from work, but what to do with an entire day off is the question. | It's getting to be that time of day when my stomach starts to growl, telling me that it's hungry for lunch. Everyday I always struggle with the dilemma of what to eat for lunch. At times it can be difficult to come up with things because it's just me that I'm feeding, no one else. It's easier to make meals and things that are good when there are more people to eat it. | The weather was really weird today. It was really warm for most of the day, and then I was sitting at home after work and all the sudden it began pouring rain!! | I am still trying to catch up on my sleep from my trip to Mexico. Although I really enjoyed going there for work, we worked very long hours and I didn't get as much sleep as I'm used to. | Today is my brother and his wife's 2nd wedding anniversary. Last week it was my sister's, around the time of father's day, and now it's theirs. | I was really surprised to hear the news today that former pro wrestler Chris Benoit, his wife and 7 year old son were all found dead in there home yesterday!! I surprised to see that in the pictures taken of her as she left the jail and reunited with her parents that she was smiling from ear to ear. | Ok, so I never used to do much cooking until recently when I moved out of the dorms and into an apartment. I have learned to make many things, but there's one little problem....my pots and pans are quite old and they just don't seem to be cooking and baking things they way they are supposed to. I'm looking at getting some better quality cookware...something that is non-stick and tough. I know that stuff like this can be spendy, but it's worth it if my food will turn out right.

| Well, the space shuttle Atlantis was supposed to land yesterday, but due to weather their landing got delayed until today. Atlantis and its seven astronauts did land today, safely and smoothly in California. They were supposed to land in Florida, but due to weather, California was a better choice. Atlantis was up in space for two weeks to go to the international space station and bring someone home was at the outpost. I'm glad that everyone is back on earth, safe and sound.

| Normally I am not one for all the gossip that goes around hollywood....but the news that I recently heard about Nicole Richie today was quite interesting. Supposedly a friend of hers told the New York Post that Richie is expecting a "bundle of joy". It seems like there's more and more celebrities out there who are having babies and not even married. | I just heard some sad news that is happening in South Carolina today. A fire in a furniture warehouse last night, caused the building's roof to collapse and killed nine firefighters. It's so sad when things like this happen to those who help us...those who are so brave and courageous. Nine deaths is a lot...that's a lot of people to lose and I feel for the fire department that has to be struggling through this hard time, as well as those firefighters families.

Have you ever thought of the tools and things you would use if you were a spy?? Do you think there are certain things that would work better than others?? There are a number of things that I think would be useful if I was a spy, especially a spy in dangerous situations. First off, I would get a very good disguise to hide my true identity. Possibly a wig, and maybe even some sort of a face mold. I would also try to do things where I didn't have to be directly in the dangerous situations. For instance, maybe I would get some sort of video or audio system set up wherever I was spying. This would help to ensure my safety and again, help to keep my identity unknown.

| Both my sister and my sister-in-law are expecting babies, and just a day apart. I don't get to see my sister-in-law and brother much, as they live in Texas. I do however get to see my sister and brother-in-law a couple of times a month which is nice. It's fun to see my sister getting bigger with each time that I see her. Her belly just keeps popping out there more and more. It's weird to see her with a pregnant belly, but cool too. She seems to be really enjoying the pregnancy and all the changes. I have several blogs across the web, two of which I have been using with PayPerPost for about six months! PayPerPost is a bit controversial among bloggers and webmasters. If you are offended at all in this type of 'sponsored posting', please disregard this post (along with any others that I write related to PayPerPost.)
The 'consumer generated marketing' system has become more and more popular in the past six months with PayPerPost being among the leaders of the pack. I have blogs registered with both Blogsvertise and PayPerPost. For those of you are unfamiliar with sponsored posting on blogs, it is basically a system in which you are provided with opportunities from advertisers  (such as, Vonage, HP, WireFly, and many smaller companies and individuals) in which they offer you as a blogger a set price for a 'so-many-word' review posted on your blog about them.
In my opinion, these are terrific ways for people that want to make quick and easy money with their blogs. If you have yet to start a blog you can start one on a free service like Blogger or WordPress or get your own domain like this one. Unfortunately, the blog does have to be at least 90 days old to be approved by PayPerPost, so if you are brand new to blogging you may want to try Blogsvertise first.
There are several of these companies on the net today. Obviously PayPerPost and Blogsvertise are two of them, but there is also another one called ReviewMe that seems to be quite popular. I have not yet taken on ReviewMe. They seem to have fairly high standards for their members. I applied with a blog that gets 5000-10000 hits per month with a Google PageRank of 3, and I did not get approved with that blog. All the companies have a fairly similar setup. However, PayPerPost has the easiest and most profitable setup that I have tested. They have a list of open opportunities that you can opt to accept or reject. The list varies from 30 opportunities to upwards of 150 at any given time. Blogsvertise, however, emails you when there is an opportunity that is available for you. You can take up to 3 PPP posts per day/per blog (you can register multiple blogs), and you can take one per day on Blogsvertise. I have personally made about 2,000 dollars with PayPerPost and I know people that are on a path to making much more than that in a much shorter period of time.
So, if you register one blog with PPP, you can expect to make 300-600 per month! Again, I think that this is a terrific way to make some extra money with your blog. Even my Mom and Grandmother are both members of PayPerPost as of recent. If you do not have a very large stream of traffic to your blog and AdSense just isn't making you very much, you should definitely try these services.
